Manuscript Submission

The Journal of International Marketing and Marketing Research (JIMMR) invites authors to submit original, high-quality manuscripts in the field of marketing and related disciplines.

 

Manuscript Submission

Authors must submit their manuscripts electronically via email:

 

submission@jimmr.com

 

Manuscripts should be prepared in MS Word format (.doc/.docx) and must follow the journal’s formatting guidelines.

 

Submission Requirements

Each submission must include:

 

  • Title of the manuscript
  • Author(s) details (name, affiliation, email)
  • Abstract (150–250 words)
  • Keywords (4–6 keywords)
  • Main manuscript (structured format)
  • References section

 

Reference Style

The journal strictly follows the MLA (Modern Language Association) reference style for all submissions.

 

In-text Citations (MLA Style)

 

  • Single author: (Smith 25)
  • Two authors: (Smith and Johnson 45)
  • Three or more authors: (Smith et al. 78)

 

Works Cited Format

Books:

  • Smith, John. Principles of Marketing. Oxford University Press, 2020.

 

Journal Articles:

  • Johnson, Mark. "Consumer Behavior Trends." Journal of Marketing Research, vol. 15, no. 2, 2021, pp. 45–60.

 

Web Sources:

  • Brown, Lisa. "Digital Marketing Strategies." Marketing Today, 2022, www.example.com.

 

Formatting Consistency

Authors must ensure:

 

  • Alphabetical listing in Works Cited
  • Consistent citation style throughout the manuscript
  • Proper punctuation and formatting as per MLA guidelines

 

Responsibility of Authors

Authors are responsible for:

 

  • Accuracy of all references and citations
  • Proper acknowledgment of all sources used
  • Avoiding plagiarism and improper attribution

 

Compliance

Manuscripts not following MLA reference style may be returned to authors for revision before peer review.
