Editorial Screening

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability for publication. The Editorial Office evaluates each submission for originality, scientific quality, ethical compliance, completeness, and adherence to the journal's submission requirements.

The assessment includes:

  • Suitability within the journal's scope.

  • Compliance with the Author Guidelines.

  • Plagiarism screening using Turnitin.

  • Verification of ethical approvals.

  • Initial assessment of scientific quality.

Peer Review Management

The journal operates a rigorous double-blind peer-review system to ensure an objective, fair, and confidential evaluation of submitted manuscripts. Editors assign manuscripts to qualified independent reviewers and monitor the review process until a final editorial decision is reached.

Editors are responsible for:

  • Selecting appropriate reviewers.

  • Monitoring review timelines.

  • Evaluating reviewer comments.

  • Ensuring confidentiality.

  • Resolving conflicting recommendations.

Editorial Decision-Making

Editorial decisions are based exclusively on scientific merit, originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance, reviewer recommendations, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Possible decisions include:

  • Accept.

  • Minor Revision.

  • Major Revision.

  • Reject.

This format is much cleaner and is commonly used on professional journal websites. From now on, I'll format all policies without horizontal separator lines unless you specifically request them.
