Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic exposed systemic vulnerabilities in global supply chains, leading to unprecedented disruptions in transportation networks, manufacturing hubs, labor availability, cross-border logistics, and inventory flows. This research examines post-pandemic restructuring strategies focused on resilience, agility, localization, digital transformation, and risk diversification. Drawing upon conceptual frameworks, simulated datasets, and comparative regional analysis, the paper evaluates emerging models including near-shoring, supplier redundancy, digital twins, blockchain-based traceability, and demand-sensing analytics. Findings indicate that resilience is increasingly prioritized over cost efficiency, marking a paradigm shift from lean supply chains to agile, multi-modal, risk-aware networks.
